This course of Athlete Development aims to develop students' understanding, skills and attitudes that are needed to maintain and enhance their physical health and their physical development. This course will be focusing on developing the capabilities of sport leadership and communication, with the focus on service, making a difference, teamwork, and purpose.
Students study Health and Physical Education for four periods per week throughout the year.
Two periods are allocated to Health and two allocated to Physical Education however, there is often integration between the two subjects and units of work are taught with a sporting context.
