Course Description

NCEA Level Two Dance continues to further develop choreography and performance skills and technique. Students are able to extend their knowledge of solo choreography and performance in ethnic and/or social forms, while continuing to broaden their knowledge of a variety of styles and genres. Public performances will feature in the year and consequently demand a high level of personal commitment from students. Rehearsals and shows may be required outside normal school hours.  

Pre-requisites

16 credits at Level One Dance or approval by TIC.

Contributions and Equipment/Stationery

$60 - Guest Choreographer Workshop.
