Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mrs R. Higgins.
This course encourages student’s development in choreography, performance and technique. Students are able to extend their vocabulary in the subject by learning about cultural history and theoretical content of a dance genre/s. A variety of dance genres and styles are covered in the half year course. This course provides a sound base for those wishing to continue with Dance at NCEA Level One.
Pre-requisites
9DAN or approval by HOD.
